Both Fury and Briggs has finished their respected bans and are looking for comeback fights
Shannon ‘The Cannon’ Briggs has told TMZ Sports that he is set to face Tyson Fury for his first fight back in two years.
Both Briggs and Fury have been suspended for drugs and havent fought in over a year. Briggs see this as a perfect opportunity as a come back fight for he a Fury.

The 46-year-old said: “I feel like the fight is going to happen next year we’ve been talking for some time now.
“It’s going to be a great fight, he’s been off for two to three years now, I’ve been off for over a year, I’m going to beat his ass.”
Briggs claims that both him an Fury have been in discussions for a while about a possible match up to take place in April.
“This is a guy stepping up to the plate and I respect him for that,” Briggs said.
When asked when this fight will happen, Briggs replied: “We’re looking at April right now.”
