Ingredients:
4 cups water
2 tablespoons parsley leaves
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon Sweetner
1 cup cucumber, sliced
½ avocado, pitted and peeled
½ cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup pineapple, chopped
Directions:
- In your blender, mix water with lettuce leaves, pineapple, parsley, cucumber, ginger, kiwi, avocado and Sweetner and blend very well.
- Pour into glasses and serve for a keto breakfast. Enjoy!
