Get ready for a really tasty breakfast!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons stevia
4 tablespoons Coconut flour
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces ghee, melted
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk egg white using your mixer.
- In another bowl mix flour with stevia, baking powder and egg yolks and whisk well.
- Add vanilla, ghee and milk and stir well again.
- Add egg white and stir gently everything.
- Pour some of the mix into your waffle makes and cook until it’s golden.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter and serve your waffles right away. Enjoy!
